These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of varellelb.com and purchases made from Varelle Perfumes.

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place an order.

1. PRODUCTS AND AUTHENTICITY

Varelle Perfumes sells authentic designer, niche, and Middle Eastern fragrances sourced through trusted suppliers.

We make reasonable efforts to display product names, sizes, packaging, and images accurately. Manufacturer packaging, presentation, labels, or batch appearance may change without notice.

We will not intentionally substitute a different perfume or size without the customer’s approval.

1. PRICES

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

We may change product prices and promotions without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order after its final price has been confirmed with the customer.

If an obvious pricing, product, or technical error occurs, we may correct it before completing the order. The customer will be informed and may accept the correction or cancel the order.

1. ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION

Submitting an order represents a request to purchase.

Varelle Perfumes may contact the customer by telephone or WhatsApp to confirm the products, price, delivery address, and order details before dispatch.

Customers must provide accurate and complete contact and delivery information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when:

• The price or product information contains an obvious error.
• Customer information is incomplete or cannot be verified.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
• Delivery cannot reasonably be completed at the supplied address.

1. PAYMENT

Available payment methods will be displayed or communicated when the order is confirmed. Unless another payment option is expressly agreed upon, payment is collected upon delivery.

The customer must pay the complete confirmed order amount, including applicable delivery fees.

Approved refunds are issued through Whish Money according to our Return and Refund Policy.

1. DELIVERY

Varelle Perfumes currently delivers only within Lebanon.

Delivery fees, estimated delivery times, failed-delivery conditions, and customer responsibilities are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Change-of-mind returns require the perfume and its box to remain completely unopened and factory-sealed exactly as delivered.

This sealed-product condition does not remove mandatory customer rights relating to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, and special offers may have separate conditions and expiry dates.

Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined. We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, misuse, or an obvious technical error.

1. ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE

You may not use this website:

• For unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• To transmit viruses, malicious code, or harmful material.
• To interfere with the website’s operation or security.
• To collect customer or website data without authorization.
• To copy or exploit website content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• To impersonate another person or submit false information.

We may restrict access when these Terms are violated.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Varelle name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, and other original content belong to Varelle Perfumes or their respective rights holders.

Product names, trademarks, and brand images belonging to fragrance manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not imply sponsorship or direct affiliation unless expressly stated.

1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, social platforms, and delivery services.

Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Varelle Perfumes is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

1. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We work to keep the website accurate, secure, and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may update, suspend, or modify parts of the website when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, or business operations.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Varelle Perfumes will not be responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting from website interruptions, customer misuse, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility or customer right that cannot legally be excluded under Lebanese law.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By submitting an order, you authorize us to use the necessary information to confirm, process, deliver, and support that order.

1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when our services, policies, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this website with its updated date.

Terms applying to an already confirmed order will not be changed retroactively without the customer’s agreement, except where required by law.

1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Lebanon.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent Lebanese authorities or courts without limiting mandatory customer rights.

1. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
