Varelle Perfumes delivers orders throughout Lebanon.Â
DELIVERY FEES
• Beirut: $3
• Outside Beirut: $5
• Orders containing three or more perfumes: Free delivery
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
• Beirut: Same-day or next-business-day delivery.
• Outside Beirut: Two to three business days.
Same-day delivery in Beirut depends on the order confirmation time, product availability, delivery location, and courier availability. If same-day delivery is unavailable, delivery will normally take place on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sundays, public holidays, severe weather, road conditions, security disruptions, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control may extend the delivery time.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after the order information and customer contact details have been confirmed. Varelle Perfumes may contact the customer by telephone or WhatsApp to verify an order before dispatch.
Orders containing incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable contact information may be delayed or cancelled.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must provide:
• Their correct name and active telephone number.
• A complete and accurate delivery address.
• Any instructions needed to help the courier locate the address.
• Someone who is available to receive and pay for the order.
The courier may telephone the customer before or upon arrival.
FAILED DELIVERY AND REDELIVERY
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or telephone number, refuses the confirmed order, or does not respond to the courier, an additional delivery fee may apply to another delivery attempt.
This redelivery fee may apply even when the original order qualified for free delivery.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact Varelle Perfumes as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
An order can normally be changed or cancelled without a delivery charge if it has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, applicable delivery and return costs may apply under our Return and Refund Policy.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES
Please inspect the delivered package for visible damage. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs or video.
Confirmed delivery problems caused by Varelle Perfumes or the courier will be handled without additional delivery charges to the customer.
